SMS Terms & Opt-In Policy

Doctor Chimney Sweep LLC only sends text messages to customers who have asked us to. We collect consent in two ways, and neither one is a condition of buying anything from us:

1. On our website quote form. The quote form at doctorchimneysweep.com includes an unchecked checkbox that the customer must tick themselves. The checkbox reads, word for word:

“I agree to receive text messages from Doctor Chimney Sweep about my quote and appointment at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.”

The box is empty by default, the form can be submitted without ticking it, and we store each customer’s answer with their request so we have a record of who agreed and when.

2. By texting us first. If you text our business number at (918) 228-6576, we will reply to you about your request.

We never buy, rent, or share phone number lists, and we never text people who have not contacted us.

Messages relate to service you asked us about. That includes appointment scheduling and reminders, letting you know a technician is on the way, quote and invoice links, verification codes when you sign in to your customer portal, follow-ups about an open quote, and an occasional request for a review after a completed job.

Message frequency varies with your job. Most customers receive roughly two to six messages per service visit.

Message and data rates may apply. Doctor Chimney Sweep does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may.

Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop texting that number. You will get one confirmation message, and nothing after that. You can also call us at (918) 228-6576 and ask us to remove your number.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on your carrier and device.
