When you request a quote or book work, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, the service you are asking about, and your ZIP code or service address. If we perform work for you, we also keep records of that job, including photos of your chimney taken during the inspection or repair.

Our website also records basic technical information automatically, such as your approximate city from your IP address (used to show you your own city instead of Tulsa), the pages you visit, and which ad or search brought you here.

We use your information to answer your request, quote and perform the work, contact you about your appointment, take payment, and keep service records for your chimney. We use website analytics and advertising data to understand which ads bring us real customers.

If you agree to receive texts, we use your phone number to send you messages about your service. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing, and mobile opt-in data is never shared with anyone. Full details are in our SMS Terms & Opt-In Policy.

Calls to our tracking numbers may be recorded for quality and training purposes, and to make sure nothing a customer asked for gets missed.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can do that job: our phone and messaging providers, our website and database hosting, our email provider, and payment processing. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to service your chimney and to meet our tax and legal obligations.

You can ask us to stop texting you at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by calling (918) 228-6576 or emailing drchimneysweepllc@gmail.com. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
